These terms govern the use of Cartia ("the Service"), operated by GrowPers. By registering and using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Service description
Cartia lets bars and restaurants create a QR digital menu, manage it and, depending on the plan, receive orders from the table. The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve with new features.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data (including phone) and for keeping your password confidential. You must be of legal age and able to enter into contracts.
3. Plans, pricing and free trial
- We offer a 14-day free trial.
- After the trial, access requires a paid subscription (Basic, Pro or Orders) per the rates published on the site.
- Prices may change; we would notify you with reasonable notice.
4. Payments and renewal
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it anytime from your dashboard.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Unless legally required, amounts already charged are non-refundable. If you cancel or fail to pay, your menu stops showing publicly.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, post false or offensive content or content infringing third-party rights, or attempt to harm the platform. You are responsible for your menu content (prices, allergens, etc.).
7. Availability
We aim for the highest availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowPers is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
9. Personal data
Data processing is governed by our Privacy policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
