What data do we collect?
- Account data: name, email and phone.
- Business data: what you add about your restaurant and menu.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never store your card.
- Usage data: analytics cookies if you accept them.
What do we use it for?
- Provide the service (create and show your menu, manage orders).
- Manage your subscription and billing.
- Send essential emails (verification, recovery, alerts).
- With your consent, marketing communications and analytics.
Legal basis
Contract performance, your consent (marketing/cookies) and legitimate interest in improving the service.
Who do we share it with?
Only with necessary providers: Stripe (payments), Google/Firebase (login and analytics) and our email provider. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data by writing to hola@growpers.com.
Retention
We keep your data while you have an account and for the legally required period after you close it.
